Ingredients:
250 gram sugar
500 gram flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp milk
½ tsp salt
1 cup mashed bananas - bananas should be ripe
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
½ cup butter
Method:
Cream the butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
Add eggs slightly beaten then add the milk and mashed bananas.
Stir in the flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Fold in well and pour into a prepared loaf tin.
Bake, in moderate oven for about 1 hour.
Serve hot or cold with ice cream or custard.
