Ingredients:
5 pairs chicken wings - tips cut off, washed and drained well
1 tbsp thin soy sauce
1 tbsp thick soy sauce
Cooking oil for deep-frying
Cooking Method:
Marinate the chicken wings in the thin and thick soy sauce for 10 minutes.
Heat oil and deep fry the chicken wings until brown and crispy. Remove and drain.
Serve the chicken wings hot either with plain steamed or boiled rice or by itself.
